Chan Meditation Group

A  meditation group meeting weekly in the Chan (Chinese Zen) tradition.

You would be most welcome to join us.  It is not necessary to be Buddhist to sit with our group, in fact most people aren’t.

We start with some short Buddhist verses, then have two 30 minute meditation periods, separated by stretches and slow walking mediation.  We have a few more verses to finish, then generally chat about some topic of current interest from a Buddhist perspective.  You are invited to stay on for tea and biscuits, and  a chance for general conversation at the end.

The group meets on a Tuesday form 19:30 to 21:30
